Daemie grew up in Portland, Oregon, and was educated at Glencoe High School, Dartmouth College, and Willamette University College of Law where she earned academic awards in Employment Law & Discrimination, Advanced Topics in Conflict Theory, Negotiation, and Legal Research and Writing. Daemie's practice primarily focuses on Employment, but she has experience in several areas of law.
Licensed to practice in the State of Oregon, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Daemie also serves as an elected member of the House of Delegates for the Oregon State Bar and on the Executive Committee for the Oregon State Bar Civil Rights Division.
Daemie has been selected as a Rising Star for Super Lawyers magazine for the past six years, from 2015 through 2020, for her work in employment litigation.
In her free time, Daemie serves as the Dartmouth College District Enrollment Director for Oregon and SW Washington, and she harasses her (8 and growing!) little nieces and nephews with FaceTime calls.
